Of course providing the basic info will be a necessity, such as the show(s) you are attending, show opening date(s), the size of the exhibit(s) and whether they are an island, peninsula or inline? Will you be looking for a similar look to your previous exhibits or something entirely new. Are there any unusual dimensional restrictions such as setbacks or height limitations?
Surprises are great for birthdays but can be disasters at trade shows. From the start our designers lay out a workable floorplan based on the info provided. The more specific you are with our designer, the better off you will be in the long run. A last minute addition such as additional product can really put a strain on accessibility in the confines of your booth space. Tell the designer about any special requests, such as workstations, counters, shelving, conference area(s), reception, monitors etc.? Will you need a hospitality or refreshment area? Do you display many products? Will you be displaying large products and if so what are the dimensions? Would you consider an interactive area? Is there a certain style you like or dislike such as minimalist or contemporary? Do you favor certain finishes like wood or patterns or a particular color and which do you dislike? Tell the designer your vision so he or she can design the exhibit that meets your every need.

Please share budget constraints with us as that will determine the structural limitations and scope of the project. It will also determine whether you purchase a custom design or utilize a rental property. Budget will also impact the finishes you choose and whether or not we incorporate curvilinear elements. If you haven’t established one yet we can provide you with a budgeting template that will include the costs for exhibit space, design and fabrication, exhibit transit, drayage, and install and dismantle services. Please keep in mind, regardless of your budget, this exhibit will be a representation of your company and brand to hundreds if not thousands of potential customers.
