The island exhibit we produced for Radians was focused on branding, tradeshow engagement and showcasing product. The entire process should be an outcome based solution. That’s why we start by getting a detailed understanding of our clients’ vision. Radians, as a leading producer and distributer of industrial safety equipment, in a crowded industry, felt it was essential to grab the attention of attendees. This was achieved with the use of 16′ tall rear lit graphic images that led attendees in the large booth space to product specific areas. Behind these graphic towers the space was dedicated to displaying the actual products so buyers could experience them first hand. Each area contained reception and a small conference table to engage buyers in a more casual open setting. Private sales meetings were held in a spacious rounded conference room central to the exhibit space. This area was anchored by a double sided 20′ tall logo wall situated above a much needed product storage room. A serpentine canopy which held recessed down lighting tied the areas together and guided attendees though the exhibit space. At the conclusion of the show participants left with a greater understanding of the various products Radians represented and were likely to purchase them in the future. We worked with Global Keg staff to design an attractive and engaging island exhibit. To begin our design process we must ask some very important questions. How will you interact with attendees? Will you be speaking to groups or one on one? Will you be using technology interfaces? Understanding the answers to questions like these helps us create a roadmap to success. An efficient and well thought out plan ensures excellent flow through the remainder of the process and guarantees a successful event. Global Keg is the leader in their industry and wanted to project that status and also attract new customers attending the Craft Brewers Show with an eye catching central focus. Our team went to work and created a 16′ tall round enclosure that was an enlarged replica of a keg that also functioned as the central conference area. This eye catching feature was connected to outstretched canopy arms with recessed lighting that highlighted the companies branding slogans. Easy to find on the show floor by a 20′ high by 16′ diameter fabric banner, attendees were welcomed to the exhibit space by a halo lit reception desk and multiple monitors and workstations. The back of the space served as a lounge area with actual product and a backdrop super graphic of an endless keg warehouse. This area was designed to be flexible as we routinely modified the booth to maximize Global Kegs relevance at each show. Having come from a Consumer Marketing background, I had very little experience with Trade Shows — particularly involvement as an exhibitor.
